- How do I order custom jewelry?
I do not make custom orders. If you have specific notes as far as gift wrapping, please leave notes in the order.
2. What is polymer clay?
It is clay that is clay that is non-toxic and Eco-friendly. It is completely safe for children except I would not recommend eating it. It is soft and will turn rock hard once baked.
3. Are all items made to order?
All items are made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be made and processed.
4. Do you ship internationally?
I now ship to UK, Canada, and Japan (Some parts). Keep in mind there are handling fees.
International Shipping: 1-8 weeks. Once your package leaves the USA, we have no way of tracking the parcel.
5. Is your jewelry water proof?
Some jewelry is covered in protective resin but I would not recommend going hiking, swimming, dropping it several times. These are handmade and please, handle with care.
6. Are your stickers waterproof?
They are not unless description indicates they are.
7. How do I track my orders?
Register for a new account and sign in you will see an Orders History Page. This will show you detailed information about your order.
8. What are your soaps made of?
They are a blend of essential oils and coconut oil. Please read descriptions of each soap. I sometimes use other oils like olive oil.
9. My item arrived damaged or it didn't arrive at all. Now what?
I'm sorry! I hate when this happens. If your items arrived damage, please send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include the following:
Photos of Items Damaged.
We will gladly send you another item at no extra cost!
10: Do you do exchanges?
Due to the COVID-19 and the nature of the products. We do not do exchanges. If you'd like to return your item, please send us an email with details information indicating why. We will issue you store credit.
